Cranberry- Almond- Coconut Granola
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Cranberries (if you can't find unsweetened, read the ingredients at least)
- 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/3 Cup Grade A Maple Syrup
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
